should do the exercises every day ?

One when it begins with something, it is highly idealistic. We start with fitness classes, and we note to attend every day. We are convinced that we are going to go, never going to miss; it must be assumed an obligation, because this time could not happen as usual, this time in addition to pay the gymnasium we are going to go to classes. AND this happens, during the first, and perhaps with luck, half of the second week. But then…we are weary: not Monday, Tuesday, Friday and hence… of a little bit, we leave the gym.

But it is necessary on demand both? Are there to train really every day?

Although the mathematical thing seems simple: to more hours of exercise more calories consumed, the principles of the training were less clear. And in fact, dictate something different.

It is preferable that run, go to the gym, nodes, or whatever alternate days, you allow sufficient time to rest and assimilate the loads to that has subjected to your body, which required on tasks impossible. The body has memory, and needed time to strengthen it. The days intermediate between exercise and exercise, give this possibility.

Only the athletes of high-level should train every day (and even they lie at least once a week). Why, because they are engaged in an exclusive and not overload your body with the tensions that involves the work. Can rest what is necessary, their nutrition is focused on its performance, receive special therapies recovery (massages, electro stimulation, bathrooms…) and have a basis so that allows them to assimilate the loads in less time.

With achieving make sports three or four times a week, one hour each day we are doing things well and burn calories with health, and the rest days are not a waste of time, are part of training and are crucial to improve. Therefore, unless you the great athlete, do not sport every day.
