To continue a good diet is necessary to combine different groups of food in the right way. In this way we make sure to get all vitamins and minerals needed to stay healthy and energy. Sever’s Disease.

This disease usually manifest in children 10 to 13 years, and is more common in boys.
The lack of skeletal maturation is what produces this condition. In other words, the bones of the children will grow, but they do faster than the muscles and tendons. That is why the latter become more shoulder straps, and that is what generates the pressure on the heel.
