Different between training in gym and in our home
Yesterday, we spoke of the advantages training in our home, in contrast with the training in the gym.

4) Nothing distracts us. To be in a gym we know we are only to make gymnastics. While in our home is likely that we cannot look to 100 per cent of our routine, since it may sound the phone, or someone you can play doorbell, which we divert.
