Consume food balanced
Many people love eating foods high in fat and little fiber, away from the customs that help maintain a good state fiasco and nutrition. Therefore, a balanced diet daily which includes several groups of food is crucial to our health.
Consume food balanced, healthy is a habit that can be purchased easily, including little by little more portions of the following food groups. We must take into account that the balanced diet is achieved consuming a bit of all, and not focusing on one or two:
Bread, potatoes, pasta, rice and cereals: starchy and must be the largest portion of the dishes that make up the daily diet. It is advised to choose those with high-fiber. Provide vitamin B.
Fruits and vegetables: in all its presentations, provide the body of vitamins, minerals and fiber with low percentage of fat and calories. Each day should be eaten 5 portions of these for example an apple or 2 tablespoons of maize, for a balanced diet.
Milk and derivatives: cheese, yogurt and food similar give the body vitamins and minerals like calcium. In the daily diet should be space for 2 to 3 servings of these, better if they are low in fat, otherwise the benefit will be less than negative effect.
Meat and fish: Eat 1 to 2 times a week fish as sardine or salmon, contributes to the daily care of health. The ideal is to eat 1 to 2 servings of protein of animal origin each day, but foods such as nuts or lentils can replace, especially those who opt for vegetarian diet.
Food containing fats and sugars: while it may be included in the daily diet, do not part of a daily diet unbalanced. When consumed, should be preferred the small portions, as they bring empty calories, i.e. without nutrients, custom that contributes to weight gain.
Follow these simple recommendations can help reduce the risk of heart disease or cancer, because with this balanced diet daily the body benefits of the foods that promote its proper functioning.
