The protective effect of mushrooms

The new study on the Chinese women, done by a team of the University of Western Australia in Perth, found that women who ate at least 10g of mushrooms, fresh daily were a 64 percent less prone to develop breast cancer.
The dried mushrooms had a little less protective effect, reducing the risk of about half and women who combined with a diet of mushrooms regular consumption of green tea were recorded a larger profit.
The risk among women of this group was reduced by almost 90 per cent; green tea contains antioxidant compounds called poly phenols that have shown combat breast tumors in animals.
The black tea, although in fact is the same plant called Camellia novenas, it is not believed to have the same properties since the leaves are processed in another way, fermentation process to diminish the natural compounds poly phenols.
The Investigator Min Zhang and his colleagues stressed that the study does not prove cause and effect, despite the fact that does not account for other known risk factors for breast cancer, such as the weight of the women, education, frequency of exercise and smoking habits, could be other factors that explain the results. More risk to develop Alzheimer’s disease.

There are about 18 million of type 2 diabetics considered to have at least two to three times more risk to develop Alzheimer’s disease in relation to no diabetics.
However, the type 2 diabetes often leads to heart disease and other conditions than before to kill the general strike, Alzheimer’s disease, in the 1970S.

The plant of antidepressant

The St. John’s worth (Hypericum perforatum) is a medicinal plant that can fulfill the work of antidepressant.
