Sand, sun, breeze and sea water relax, improve mood, increase defenses, beautify the skin … The characteristics of climate and sea air are unique. Therefore, a beach day is one of the easiest and healthiest practices that exist.

Going to the coast is not only a fun event. Each time you do you are encouraging your body to directly receive a multitude of vitamins and minerals.

Sunbathing in moderation is a unique medicine. Its rays promote the formation of vitamin D, which helps to fix the calcium in bones and teeth, and have healthy muscles. Also, the heat helps digestion and helps the kidney function, acts as a relaxant and improves mood.

Seawater is rich in minerals (sodium, potassium, iodine, phosphorus, magnesium and sulfur) that are absorbed by the body every time you bathe. In addition, massage produced by the motion of the waves promotes circulation and tones muscles; wade knee-sea eliminates the sensation of heaviness in the legs. And the high density of water makes us feel more lightweight (80 kilos a person submerged in the sea weighs only 8 kilos), but at the same time, for any motion requires a greater effort, which is achieved with increased muscular power.
