<p style="text-align: justify;">When we give it a little movement to our lives and begin to make some kind of physical activity, many times we decided by to leave to run. And when we are ready to start, we do not. This happens because there are many who discourages the fact that it to be considered a lonely activity.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">However, this situation can be reversed and for those who do not enjoy the loneliness of the road there are groups of corridors. That&#8217;s why we are going to see today some benefits to join one of these groups.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Security: go to run in pairs or groups is safer to leave only. If someone gets hurt during the tour there will always be another for help. And the possibility of suffering thefts or some kind of violent episode also is smaller.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Stimulation creative: some prefer leaving to run alone because they take advantage this time to think. But, running in group not only gives you time to miss in your own thoughts but that stimulates your creativity because you can share and share your ideas with the other.<span id="more-379"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Motivation: the support and motivation are fundamental to not stay at the halfway stage. The members of the group are motivated and stimulate during training.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Better development of the activity: a bit of healthy competition is always good. When you are running with friends also are competing and go to be the best.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sumer friends: when you joining a group of riders you are giving you the opportunity to get to know more people with whom you share an interest as important as a healthy life.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Exit to run it is always a good idea, but if we sum the benefits of exit to run in a group, you are taking an excellent decision.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We know that quitting the approaches are many, and specialized clinics are just one of them. Many of the solutions involve performing simple procedures that act upon your subconscious to help your willpower to say no to cigarettes. The exercise is on the list.</p>
<p>Science has shown that exercise helps you stop smoking, but this time a study by the University of Exeter in the journal Addiction can yield new clues corroborating the influence that exercise has on our subconscious.</p>
<p>The research worked with a group of volunteer’s smokers, who were asked to not smoke for 15 hours before the experiment. Participants were shown neutral images before making fifteen minutes of exercise, and after that they returned to display images, this time some related to situations associated with smoking.</p>
<p>Measuring eye movements of participants, the researchers note has been the focus if the images associated with smoking caused more interest in other pictures volunteers. <span id="more-114"></span></p>
<p>The investigation found that after making exercise, smokers paid less interest to the images of snuff consumption, proving that physical activity acts on the brain distancing of smoking, at least temporarily.</p>
<p>Of course, that does not mean that you do practice your quit. It&#8217;s just one of many steps you can take if you&#8217;re looking to get away from this bad habit. Try a week of aerobic exercise and then measure your desire to smoke to check.</p>
