The benefits of a proper food are large, the body and the bodies operate with more power, you have more energy during the day, yields better, you look fine, and very important, prevent and avoid diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart problems, orthopedic, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal, etc.
There are four food groups:
1Cereales: Group that gives energy: bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, sweet potato, cereals.
2Frutas and Vegetables: Group that provides vitamins, minerals and fiber.
3Carnes and Pulses: Group that protein: steak, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt, beans, beans and lentils.
