Benefits of Oats

Oatmeal is one of the most complete and healthy cereals. Take oatmeal in breakfast meals or snacks is a healthy habit. The oats provide energy and vitamins B5 and B6. There is a little advantage of oats for our health such as:

• Contains essential amino acids for the development of children, as are the Leusine, Isoleusine  and Threonine, which together with another amino acid called methionine helps eliminate bad cholesterol (LDL) and stimulate the liver to produce lecithin, which helps more heavy compounds to purify the body.

• It has slowly absorbed carbohydrates, which allows for a more prolonged effect on satiety and greater control of the levels of blood sugar and this cereal is highly recommended for diabetics.

• Thanks to its high content of insoluble fiber, oats facilitates intestinal transit, preventing constipation.
