Maybe I heard that “the whole milk has more calcium than milk light”, the truth is that although the two did not match the amount of fat, they provide the same amount of calcium.
A small glass (112 ml) of whole milk provides 85 calories and three grams of fat, while the same amount of light milk, also known as skim milk, gives 45 calories and 1.5 grams of fat.
We recommend the use of the version without cream to reduce the likelihood of cardiovascular disease and be overweight or obese.
