Sever’s Disease.

Many times the children and adolescents manifested an intense pain in the heels, what is known as the Sever’s Disease.
The pain that experience usually disappear after a good rest, although in some cases can be forced to reduce the pace of physical activities.
This disease usually manifest in children 10 to 13 years, and is more common in boys.
The lack of skeletal maturation is what produces this condition. In other words, the bones of the children will grow, but they do faster than the muscles and tendons. That is why the latter become more shoulder straps, and that is what generates the pressure on the heel.
There are to be vigilant and to know detected on time because, although it is a benign disease that does not represent greater risks, the pressure and activity strong can break the cartilage that is in the two parties which form the the heel bone.

A study in Adelaide, Australia, which included a sample of 93individuos obese of between 24 to 64 years, focused on compare their levels of humor and cognitive function over eight weeks in which followed a two diets with similar caloric content and macronutrients, but one of them had high level of carbohydrates and the other a low level of these elements.

More risk to develop Alzheimer’s disease.

There are about 18 million of type 2 diabetics considered to have at least two to three times more risk to develop Alzheimer’s disease in relation to no diabetics.
However, the type 2 diabetes often leads to heart disease and other conditions than before to kill the general strike, Alzheimer’s disease, in the 1970S.

Method for Meditation.

Much has been scientifically verified on the effects of meditation on health, the maximum benefit evaluated was established to try to meditate for 20 minutes to half an hour before bedtime, using the technique with which you feel more comfortable the practitioner.
Here we provide one of the methods used to meditate that can evaluate individually;
Method for meditation:
1. Find a place comfortable and quiet, sit in a chair or on the ground with the head, neck and back straight but not rigid and try to put aside all thoughts of past and future, trying to stay only in the present.
2. Aware of your breathing, emphasizing the feeling that the air produces the mobilized within and outside the body while breathing, pay attention to your belly (rises and falls), air enters and leaves his nose and mouth, pay attention to the form of each breath and changes. The rates of suicide and obesity.

We have seen many times the amount of negative consequences that entails the obesity. However, and to counter a little, a recent study has linked the disease with a low rate of suicide consummated.
Specialists of the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston studied the rates of suicide and obesity in the United States during the years 2004 and 2005.
