February 19th, 2010 by san-felice team

Aesthetic paradigm of evil, ring of protests, the focus of papparazis, and above all, deep in enemy Jennifer Love Hewitt, cellulite is ensconced in the bodies of between 85 and 90% of women worldwide.

As a condition virtually inevitable Caucasian women, cellulite is gained easily since adolescence, and indeed hard to get to the beach and find a non-photoshop woman has no cellulite on her buttocks, belly or legs.

The following five events left key and curious about cellulite, information that must be considered before to mourn with the disease, it is much more common than you think, and also practically a necessary evil.

1. Cellulite is more in women than in men because of differences in the structure of fat in both sexes. In males, the fat accumulates diagonal, while in women the tissues connecting vertical storage units shaped honeycomb, creating grooves in the skin that we know from cellulite.

2. Cellulite can not be deleted. Once arrived, there it lies, and lotions and creams are used to slow their future training, but not to eliminate it. So get used to it and accept it as part of your body.

3. The only way to hide it is actually doing cardio and exercising your whole body, thus reducing your whole body fat. But remember that celuiltis not disappear, lies a little, nothing more.

4. Flabby muscles may seem cellulite is not. Here’s another reason to exercise yourself. What do you think is cellulite might not be anything other than untrained muscles. Ejercítate and get in shape to retrieve your appearance. Read the rest of this entry »

February 19th, 2010 by san-felice team

It’s that time of year where the Spring doesn’t seem too far away, despite the dark nights hanging on and a cold chill in the air. Many people are starting to think about booking holidays, detoxing or setting aside some valuable pampering time.

What better way to pamper yourself than with a spa day where you can relax with friends whilst enjoying the wide array of treatments on offer such as hot stone therapy, Swedish massage, facials or body wraps.

Spas are available in a multitude of locations, from city centre retreats to Georgian country house delights. Whether you want to take in the sights of the city or get away from it all in a peaceful country idyll, there are spas available to suit all preferences and budgets.

For a complete relaxation experience, spa breaks offer a chance to be pampered for a few days and truly shake off the stresses of everyday life. With a variety of treatments as well as gyms, hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms and saunas, you won’t have a chance to be reminded of any worry.

Most high-class spas offer restaurants and cafés with healthy meals to supplement your spa experience and fully cleanse your being. Plus, if you want to leave the spa to do some countryside exploring or a spot of shopping, you can tailor your treatments to fit your schedule.

Spa days or breaks offer a fantastic opportunity for a pampering hen party and can cater for groups of friends who wish to indulge in some gossiping interspersed with feel-good treatments. Spa days are also a good way for mothers-to-be to enjoy some well planned ‘me time’ before the baby is born as well as reducing the likelihood of stretch marks and helping to preserve skin tone. Or like many people, spa breaks offer the opportunity for anyone to get away from the strains of modern life and enjoy reflection and recuperation time.

Botox Training Courses

February 19th, 2010 by san-felice team

Botox training has become very popular within the cosmetic industry, as botox is used by many famous and ‘normal’ women and men who are unhappy with lines and wrinkles on their face. The face is the first thing one looks at on a person, thus it is important to many to keep themselves looking aesthetically pleasing – being wrinkle free is in this criteria for many.

Training to provide botox to those who are unhappy with their appearance involves a lot of skill, as you will have a high degree of responsibility. Botox training courses are intensive and hands-on, with courses mainly aimed at professionals who are used to similar procedures – such as doctors, dentists and nurses. Botox training is both an art and a science, which can only be learnt from someone who has a long experience of botox training.

Some courses offer a training masterclass, run with a small number of trainees, including one-to-one tuition and mentoring. The best courses are those which are certified, with the tutor being a highly experienced professional. Training will provide all equipment and injectables for your hands on botox training. Training courses are intensive and competence oriented, so once you have completed botox training you should attend future botox training courses to refresh your skills.

Botox training courses are held in a totally professional environment, courses are run on a not for profit basis and therefore are totally objective. Companies say they represent the true state of the art of aesthetics, claiming that after the one day botox training, trainees feel confident to start injecting professionally.
